Glenn was the youngest of four children. He graduated from Clyde High School. Glenn served his country in the Army and served in the Korean War. Glenn was a broadcast engineer, working in radio and for Channel 9 for 31 years.
He was united in marriage on April 13, 1957 to Janene Taylor in the Oakland Christian Church in Oakland, Iowa. There were two children born of this union. Randul Lee Ray (wife Mala); granddaughter, Heather Anne Ray and grandson, Adam Alexander Ray; son, Douglas Glenn Ray (wife Pepper). They all survive him. He is also survived by 2 sisters, Thelma Wroten and Barbara Bishop.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Betty Lacumsky.
A visitation will be held from 6-8pm, Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary and the funeral service will be at 10am, Friday, April 10, 2015, at Olinger Crown Hill Pavilion of Reflection.
A memorial has been established with Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, 5140 Carr St, Arvada, CO 80002.
