

Stu served in the Navy during World War II. Early he was a Sales Manager for Bowman Biscuit (later Keebler Biscuit). From 1962 to 1977, Stu was a Partner in the Denver advertising agency, Ranck, Ross and Moore. From 1977 to 1988, Stu served as Executive Director of The Rotary Club of Denver. He particularly enjoyed working with foreign exchange students from all over the world who pursued their high school education in Colorado. Stu was also proud of his role as a founder and manager of the ”Artists of America” Show which featured some of America’s finest artists in a Rotary Foundation benefit.
A lifelong bachelor, Stu traveled throughout the world and vacationed often in Santa Fe. He had many friends in Colorado, New Mexico and around the world. He is survived by his sister, Louann Stanton, Pueblo, and several nieces and nephews.
