

She graduated from Kingman High School and Sacred Heart College (now Newman University), Wichita Kansas. She pursued a successful career as a medical technologist. She met Rus McNeff while in college and they were married and worked in Arizona. They were blessed with two children. When they moved to Colorado she stayed home to raise her children until they were in middle school, when she returned to work until retirement. Her children, 5 sisters, 5 brothers, cousins, nieces, nephews and their children were very important to her. Her life orbited around love of family, nature and creating. She was a member of the Red Hat society and her friends were very dear to her. She sewed, canned and was a master creative. She has a big grin in her Silver Sneakers picture.
Survivors include daughter Susan McNeff Skokan (married to Jake), son Scott McNeff (married to Jenna), brothers Tony, Leonard, Bill and Jim (Bonnie); sisters Sister LeAnn, Marilyn Pendergraft, Patricia Lett (Max), Deb Kaufman (Randy) and Eileen Lohmeyer; 2 grandchildren, Tyr Rowan and Kieran McNeff Skokan; and many nieces, nephews and their children. She was also preceded in death by her brother Richard, her parents, William & Dorothy Probst and brother-in-law Mike.
Services will be held Monday, December 21st at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 10:30 AM rosary.
