73, passed away on December 20, 2016 in La Junta, Colorado. Judith is survived by her loving family; her husband of 55 years, Dale Thompson, children; daughter Denise McFarland, and a son Jimmy Thompson, grandchildren; April Shoemaker, and Joshua McFarland, great-grandchildren; Erin Shoemaker, Justin Shoemaker, and Kalin McFarland, her siblings, Gary Briggs, Betty Plese, and Virginia Strang. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, William and Jessie Roberts, her parents, Shirley and Clyde Briggs, and a brother Clyde Ray Briggs.
Memorial service Sunday, January 8, 2017, 3pm, in the Pavilion of Reflection located on the grounds of Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary & Cemetery in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Arrangements under the direction of Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary, Cemetery & Arboretum, Wheat Ridge, CO.
