

Lawrence Daniel Shuel was born March 21, 1937 in Winnipeg, MB, Canada to Daniel and Helen Shuel. Larry is survived by his brother, Raymond and sister Florence; and many nieces, nephews, close cousins and friends,
Larry graduated high school, including one year at a predominantly all girls convent school. Of course, he remembered that time very fondly. After high school he sought work in varied fields including a tobacco plantation, LaBatts Brewery and Canadian Pacific Railway. Larry moved to the US in the early 60’s and became a US citizen in later years.
Larry is survived by Carol Brown, his first wife. He and Carol had their son Darrell who is married to Nicole Larry is also survived by his granddaughters, Sedona and Georgia.
Larry’s second marriage was to Gwyn Fuller, who preceded him in death. Their daughter is Lorinda Howe married to John Howe. Larry has two grandsons, Andrew Mowry and Matthew Howe.
Larry is survived by his wife Judie, his stepdaughter Kristen married to Wally Sels; step grandson, Carter and two step grand daughters, Rea and Katie(Trevor).
Larry knew what he wanted in life and was a very good salesman. He sold mobile homes, cars and forklifts during his career. He was outgoing and had a very strong handshake(known to be crushing). Larry had a strong personality and had very strong opinions on a variety of topics. He had a big spirit and even bigger heart and was a consummate story teller with many to tell. He was always well dressed and especially loved belts and shoes. Larry enjoyed watching the Rockies play baseball and maintained his love for hockey watching the Colorado Avalanche play. He enjoyed gardening and loved flowers
Those who knew and loved Larry will miss him but he will not be forgotten.
