Marilyn and Eugene married and together they had 3 children, Michael, Kristina and Libby.
Some of Marilyn's fondest childhood memories are playing jacks with her sister Jean, roller skating, and a desire to join the Navy. Marilyn enjoyed crochet, reading, and working at the greenhouse for over 16 years. Her proudest moments are raising her children, seeing her grandchildren and marrying Eugene.
Marilyn is survived by her children Michael Benck, Kristina Hill, and Libby Johnson; grandchildren Andrew Benck, Beccy Mosser, Paul Johnson, David Johnson, Johnathan Johnson, Anna Johnson, Zachary Benck, Josh Benck, and Kassy Benck.
She was preceded in death by her spouse Eugene Darrel Benck, parents Lewis and Lorraine Hamill, and siblings Jean St Pierce and Robert Hamill.
A funeral service for Marilyn will be held Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at 9:30 am at Olinger Crown Hill, Pavilion of Reflection with burial to follow at Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery.
