

Marilyn Perucca, born on January 13, 1945, was a woman whose life was defined by love, faith, friendship, and an unwavering commitment to living life to the fullest. She leaves behind a legacy of joy, connection, and devotion that will continue to live on through all who knew her.
Marilyn was first married to Duffy Knott, who preceded her in death in 1997. Together they built a loving family and shared many cherished years. She was a devoted mother to her sons, Duff, Kevin, and Aaron. She is survived by her children and their families: Duff and his wife Sherri, Kevin and his wife Michelle, and Aaron.
Marilyn was a proud grandmother to seven grandchildren — three through Duff and Sherri, two through Kevin and Michelle, and two through Aaron — and a loving great-grandmother to nine great-grandchildren. Her family was the center of her life, and she found her greatest joy in time spent with them.
Later in life, Marilyn found love again when she married Tom Perucca, affectionately known as “Captain Tom.” Their marriage was filled with companionship, laughter, and adventure until his passing in 2013.
Marilyn was a true social butterfly. She formed deep and lasting friendships throughout her life and had an extraordinary ability to make everyone feel welcome and valued. She delighted in bringing people together, whether through family gatherings, celebrations with friends, or spontaneous moments of connection. Her laughter, warmth, and generous spirit filled every room she entered.
A woman deeply devoted to her faith, Marilyn lived with kindness, generosity, and love for others. Her faith guided her life and was a source of strength and comfort through every season.
Marilyn will be remembered for her vibrant spirit, her devotion to family, her deep friendships, her strong faith, and the many lives she touched. Her legacy lives on in the family she cherished, the friendships she nurtured, and the love she so freely gave.
