

Mary Ann Sullivan, 89, passed away on March 5, 2025. Born in Denver, to James A and Irene Foley. Mary Ann attended Holy Family Catholic School for 14 years and felt she received an excellent education. Mary Ann continued her education at CU Boulder, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in business education and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice. Mary Ann taught business math and law for the duration of her teaching career at Arapahoe High School, and worked summers as a legal secretary at the prominent Law Firm of Holmes, Roberts, and Owen. She was devoted to her faith and her church, serving faithfully for years in many ways, including volunteering as a money counter and serving as a Eucharistic Minister. Mary Ann had a lifelong devotion to her family and friends. She is survived by her brother, James E Foley; Children, Alison (James)Saylor, Andrea Woodward, Christopher (Margaret) Woodward; Grandchildren, Molly Katherine Saylor (Florian Kluibenschädl), Sara Saylor (Jose Bartolmei), Ilsa (Drake) Wiss, Bridgett Woodward, and Liam KenWood; Great grandchild Avery Saylor Kluibenschädl. Mary Ann was predeceased in death by her husband Daniel James Sullivan, Gerald Woodward (husband), son-in-law Steve Kenitz and grandson Patrick Nicholas Saylor. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on March 18, 2025 by Father Henri , at our Lady of Fatima, located at 1855 Miller Street, Lakewood. In lieu of flowers, the family requests Masses be offered in Mary Ann’s honor.
