Today we put my cousin Nicky to rest we will miss him very much. Nicky was always my life saver when I was having trouble with my car Nicky would always say bring it by even if he was tired he would take a look at it then he would fix it for me for a pot of green Chile and tortillas. I will always miss you cousin. Love you

My condolences to the wonderful Trujillo family for their sudden loss of their bright and beautiful son Nicky, to me he was the brother I never had in my teen years, the years I was met with the Trujillo family through my uncle hitane.  My unreserved compassion and blessing for Nicky is etched in my mind and heart through the memories and laughter we shared during the mid-nineties weather it was at his parents Lakewood home, taco bell drive thrus, all the shows we went to see or the movies Nicky was larger than life.

Evelyn and Nick, we are so sorry for your loss. Nick was a great man. He will be deeply missed. He was part of our family. I wish there was something I could do or say to help you during this time. I wish we could be there to hug you. We love you very much.

my family and I were saddened and devastated by the news that Nicky past a way ,he was truly touched our lives,i will never forget the time we spent together  for 22 years,Nicky was my best friend ,my brother ,family member.it was a natural and easiest  friendships ,25 years ago when we meet from that day our friendship grow.he is passing will not only leave a void in our lives, but in the hearts of all those who knew Nicky. Nick was my best friend since 8th grade. We shared much and did many things. I have never cried like I have. I have not known a bond like this that could be wrecked. I huge hole in my soul this has created. I miss you Nick. I loved the times we had.

Nicky was family. He always said I was the first friend he made when he moved to Sheridan, we were 6 years old. We went everywhere together. At 7 we shared our first kiss. I remember going choke cherry picking with Uncle Nick and Evelyn. We used to play hide and seek, truth or dare, and TV tag outside until dark. When Evelyn would make beef jerky, we snuck downstairs for a snack, " jump, grab it, now come on, run!"
We lost touch after high school, but then we would spend hours, laughing and talking about our childhood, how much we were afraid of uncle nick. I Love You old friend.
