She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jay R. Peters, sister Dixie Myers and infant grandson Kyle.
She is survived by her children; Colleen Kae (Steve) Duell of Goodland, KS and John Jay Peters of Englewood, CO. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Aaron and Adam Duell of Goodland, KS and Matthew and Michael Peters of Englewood, CO and sisters; Ann Abbott of Boulder, CO and Bonnie Carmody fo Longmont, CO.
Patricia graduated from Lafayette High School in 1954. She was married to Jay Peters on May 27, 1955. She loved her family and was a homemaker who was an avid Denver Broncos fan. She enjoyed her grandchildren's activities and loved her peanut buster parfaits.
She will be laid to rest at the Ft. Logan National Cemetery with her husband Jay. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her honor may go to Northwest Kansas District Free Fair, P.O. Box 56, Goodland, KS 67735
