R.J. went to be with the Lord on Aug. 2, 2012. He was preceded in death by his padrino, Ross Sandoval; great-grandmother, Sara Martinez; great-grandfather, Antonio Trujillo; great-grandparents, Josefa and Juan Ramon Sandoval; cousins: Moriama Luna, David Sandoval, Cindy Trujillo; any other relatives. Raul is survived by his children: Briselda and Breshea del La Rosa, Cruz Angel and Emilio Luna of Española; mother, Theresa Sandoval-Rivera of Española; step-father, Paul Rivera of Española; father, Raul Luna of Juarez; grandparents: Mr. & Mrs. Eloy Sandoval, Mr. & Mrs. Julian Luna of Colorado; sisters: Stephanie and Christina Luna, all of Colorado, Jessica Luna of Juarez; brother, Raul; (Papo) Luna of Juarez; numerous other loving relatives & friends.
Visitation from 4-6 pm on Sun. with Rosary at 6:00pm, Funeral Mass at 12:00pm on Mon., both at Crown Hill Mortuary (W.29th Ave and Wadsworth). Burial to follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.
Always loved. Will be missed.
