He met his wife Della at work and maried in April 1960. He retired as a meat loader from Safeway in 1989. He took pride in providing the very best for his family. He spent his days enjoying his home. He kept up to date with current news and politics. The family nickname for him was Dan Rather because he knew what was going on in the world. He was a Democrat and a Union man.
He enjoyed his 1940s music and watching TV in the late hours. He enjoyed watching football and hooting for the Raiders. He was a rebel! He had a sweet tooth and had his stashes of candy hidden away! He loved his hot chili.
He will always be remembered and missed. We love you always!
