Robert I. Westmacott passed away peacefully during the early hours of June 2nd, 2012 in Highlands Ranch, CO. Robert "Bob" succumbed to health complication at the conclusion of a long and vibrant life. Born in Spearville Kansas and son to Percival and Phillis (Renfrew) Westmacott, Bob enjoyed fire arms, hunting, fishing and every bit of the great outdoors. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a science degree in geology and continued on to honorably serve his country as a Navy Lieutenant. In 1948 Bob joined Amoco Production Company and thirty three years later retired as their Frontier Division Exploration Superintendent. Robert I. Westmacott, competent and compassionate beyond measure, possessed an inexplicable presents that both commanded respect and attracted people to him without a word. He will be celebrated as an extraordinary husband and father. Bob is survived by his five children Robert (Bev), Linda, Susan, Nannett, David (Liesa) and his sister, Jane. Deceased are his wife of 42 years, Glennis and his son Tom. Following his wishes, no services will be held. Bob and Glennis's ashes are to be released across the place he loved so dearly, Spar City, CO. Rest easy, Dad... You will be sorely missed.
