61, passed away peacefully on January 9, 2014 in Lakewood, Colorado. Born December 16, 1952 in Mobile, Alabama to Marvin Lee and June Barbara (Grimm) Woods. Ron is survived by his loving family; his wife of 41 years, Kathy D. (Sherley) Woods, sons; Ryan &(Tricia) Woods, Christopher &(Sarah) Woods, daughter; Lisa &(Eric) Fuehrer, his mother June Barbara Woods, sisters; Shirlee Woods-Farkas, and Charlotte &(Maurice) Chaput, brothers; John Woods, Larry &(Desiree) Woods, Bill &(Michelle) Woods, Randy (Terrie) Woods, and Chuck &(Wendy) Woods, 6 loving grandchildren; Kaitlyn Woods, Logan Fuehrer, Tyler Woods, Austin Woods, Alayna Fuehrer, and Colton Woods. He was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Lee Woods, and two sisters; Sandi Maltese, and Diane Branco.
Visitation Wednesday, January 15, 2014, from 4pm to 7pm at Olinger Crown Hill. Services Thursday, January 16, 2014, 1pm, at the Applewood Valley United Methodist Church, 2035 Ellis St., Golden, Colorado 80401. Interment to follow at Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery, in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
