Rosie was born January 5, 1941 and came to the US in 1952. She wed Johann Stampfl in May of 1961 and enjoyed a loving and devoted marriage for 41 years until his passing in 2002..
Rosie was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She is survived by her three boys; John Michael, Robert Alan and wife Tracy, Jeffrey Dean and wife Tammy along with three brothers; Adolf, Alex, and Joe and a sister Monica. Rosie was known as Oma to three grandchildren; Zachary, Synthea, and Stephen and one Great Granddaughter, Malaunie "MoMo".
Rosie loved spending time cooking and eating with family and friends. She will be remembered for one who would always tell you what was on her mind and if you asked her what made her happy she would always say: "I'm most happy when my three boys are together", as this is what she cherished and loved the most.
The family wishes to extend their sincere thanks and deep gratitude to Mountain Vista, Compassus Hospice, and the round the clock Nurses, with a special thanks to Jennifer, her hospice nurse. Their care, support, and prayers were much appreciated.
