Theodore was born on April 17,1936 in Colville, Washington and later moved to Denver. He was married to Lucille "Lucy" Basler- Ziegler for 42 years. Theodore worked as a machinist at Rocky Flats and also at Master Machinery in Michigan.
Theodore is survived by his brother Dwayne Ziegler, half sister Linda Kaiser, and half brother Dennis Kaiser. He is also survived by his daughter Lynn Ziegler-Carnahan, grandchildren Kenneth Ziegler, Joshua Pindell, Jeremy Pindell, Stephanie Cesko, Annie Lynn Ziegler, Andrea Garrett and great grandchildren Trent, Anna, McKenzie, Delainie, Hayden, Hunter, Jocelyn, Finley, Millie, Azariah, Mariah, and Juliana.
He was preceded in death by his wife Lucille "Lucy" Ziegler, brother Ronnie Ziegler, sister Betty Ziegler-Delacruz, son Robert Ziegler, son Christopher Ziegler, and grandson Michael Smith.
