Virginia J. Newman

Virginia "Jenny" L. Creswell Newman was born in Dallas, Texas on August 16, 1938 to Thomas Clifford Shelton and Pauline Hoover Shelton of Denison, Texas. She is proceeded in death by both parents. She is survived by her husband Dr. Dick Newman of Northglenn, CO, her son Mike Creswell of Little Rock, AR, daughter and husband Debra and Gary Cantrell of Sherman, TX, son and wife Rev. Scott and Jennifer Creswell of Griffin, GA, son John Newman of Baytown, TX, Daughter and husband Deborah and Brian Werley of Crosby, TX, son and wife Daniel and Shellie Newman of Baytown, TX. Grandchildren Travis Webb, LaTasha Salyers, Tiffanie Loetscher, Tailiea Bailey, Taylor Phelan, Tarrah Phelan, Chandler Creswell, Cheney Creswell, J.R. Newman, Megan Newman, Sgt. Matthew Werley, Ryan Newman. Great Grandchildren Zachary Webb, Kendrick Webb, Aaliyah Loetscher, Peyton Loetscher, Nicholas Salyers, Addison Phelan, Caitlin Newman.

Jenny was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother as well as an accomplished singer and dynamic business woman. She also ministered for many years as a Pastors wife and gospel singer. She co-hosted the Daystar Celebration TV program in Denver with her husband Dr. Dick Newman who currently teaches the "Alive” Bible class at Victory Church.

The coronation service for Jenny Creswell Newman will be held on November 1st at 2:00 pm at Victory Church at 11777 Sheridan Blvd in Westminster, CO and will be officiated by Victory Church Senior Pastor, Rev. Mike Ware, Dr. J Don George of Irving Texas and Dr. Dick Newman. Music by her son Rev. Scott Creswell and her grandsons Chandler and Cheney Creswell.
