Wes was preceeded in death by his grandparents Mary Margaret and Melvin Krumtum, Sandy Rogers and his Uncle Steven "Mike" Krumtum.
Wes was born in Wheat Ridge, Colorado on November 6, 1982. He had a love for movies and making others laugh. He shared this passion with his Uncle Mike and spent many weekends at a movie theater or at home watching every movie ever made. At a young age, Wes developed the ability to recite a show tune word-for-word after hearing it only once. He would use lines from movies to narrate everyday life.
Wes worked for Apria Healthcare, Jeffco Schools and Rogers Plumbing. While working for Jeffco Schools, he helped usher in a central irrigation control system that would eventually save the district money and conserve water.
One of Wes' favorite things to do was walk Winston around Johnston Lake at Clement Park, nightly. They shared a special bond and were known by fellow walkers as "Winston and his dad!" For Wes to accept an invite, depended heavily on if Winston was invited too!
Wes had many friends and family members that he loved dearly. He was quick to joke and tease, but would always lend a helping hand.
Wes enjoyed his travels with friends and family to the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, Hawaii and Mexico.
Services for Wes will be held at the Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery Pavilion on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 2pm. Reception to follow immediately after.
Wes will be dearly missed by all that knew him. Please find comfort in knowing that he has now found peace. To honor his memory, we should all continue to crack jokes and never take life too seriously.
