Anna M. Yant

Anna M. Yant (NEE Farero). Age 88. Born March 14, 1923, passed away peacefully in her sleep, as her eldest daughter sang to her, on April 13, 2011. She was born in Rogers City, Michigan to Dale Farero, her natural father, and Violet - Farero Johnson (NEE Tulgetske). Anna was preceeded in death by her fathers Dale Farero and Thomas (Bud) Tulgetske, her mother, a sister, three brothers, her eldest son and her husband. She was the mother of 14 children, the grandmother of 38 plus grandchildren, great grandmother to 30 plus great grandchildren and great-great grandmother to 10 plus great-great grandchildren. She was married for 47 years to Theodore C. Yant, the father of her 14 children. Anna was a life long resident of Michigan. She was cared for at home during her long illness by the very professional, personal staff and the heart warming people of Heartand Hospice in Freemont, Michigan.

Visitation will be held Sunday April 17, 2011 at the Elton Black and Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Road, White Lake, Michigan from 11:00 am until 8:00 pm.

A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Monday April 18, 2011. Friends and family may gather at 11:00 am until the time of service at 12:00 pm.

Memorial contributions in Anna's name may go to Heartland Hospice of Central Michigan.
