Beloved husband of Deanna for 59 years. Loving father of Charlie (Laurie) Aughenbaugh, IV and Michael (Claudia) Aughenbaugh. Proud grandfather of Kate, Chase, Charlotte and Ian. Brother of JoAnn Jensen.
Mr. Aughenbaugh was an avid U of M fan and enjoyed golfing, gardening and reading. He was a Civil War and WWII Historian Buff who enjoyed learning and reading about history. He was the Past President and an active member of the Westacres Board of Directors for many years. Chuck also volunteered at both St. Joseph-Mercy Hospital in Pontiac and Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital in Commerce Township. He will be sadly missed by all.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at the Union Lake Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Road in White Lake. The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 29, 2019 from 2-8 pm and Wednesday from 10:00am until the time of service at 11:00am.
