Debra Ann DeFrenza had a lifelong passion for the arts. She enjoyed painting, arts and crafts, and creating beauty in everything she touched. She also loved tending to her garden, feeding the birds, traveling to new places and finding inspiration in the world around her. Some of her happiest times were camping trips with her family. Her grandchildren were the light of her life.
Professionally, Debra was dedicated to her work as a Library Technician at the West Bloomfield Schools, where she shared her love of learning and literature with her students and her staff. Her warmth and encouragement left a lasting impact on many.
She was the beloved wife of Robert DeFrenza; Daughter of Bonnie Batchelor Elliott; loving mother of Nick (Tamara) Diamond, Stacey Diamond, Alex (Rita) DeFrenza; grandmother of Aidan and Tyler Diamond and Siena DeFrenza; sister of Dennis Elliot.
A Memory Sharing Service will be at 4:00 pm on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at the Union Lake Chapel of the Elton Black and Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Rd., White Lake, MI 48386. The family will receive visitors from 1:00 pm until the time of service.
