Gloria Ann Minnebo "Craft Lady" of Commerce Township, passed away January 4, 2018 at age 79. Beloved wife of 59 years to James. Loving mother of Michele (Terry) Greaves, Lynne (Jeff) Verdun, Steven (Chrystal) Minnebo, Brian (Deann) Minnebo and Gregg (Korey) Minnebo. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and brother James (Barbara) Gabrysh. Mrs. Minnebo loved her family. She enjoyed crafts, gardening and floral design and was a member of the National Women's Farm & Garden Association. The family will receive friends Sunday January 7 from 4-6 pm at the Union Lake Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Road in White Lake, immediately followed by a Rosary Service at 6:00 pm. On Monday, January 8, friends are invited to give condolences from 10-11 am prior to an 11:00 am Mass of the Resurrection at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 9086 Hutchins Road in White Lake, followed by a luncheon at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Elizabeth Lake Animal Shelter or the All About Animals Rescue.
