I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one. May you be comforted by God who is the hearer of prayer (Psalms 65:2).

May the comfort of God help you during this difficult time.  What a wonderful God we have - he is the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the source of every mercy, and the one who comforts and strengthens us in our hardships and trials.  And why does he do this?  So that when others are troubled, needing our sympathy and encouragement, we can pass on to them this same help and comfort God has given us.

Great slide show, what great memories...parties at the lake, New Years Eve parties, birthday parties....won't be the same without Harv.  I take solice in knowing he has joined a great group above watching over us all!

I remember Harvey with great fondness from our yearas at Kent. He was a good guy and I will miss seeing him at our 55th re-union. Art Schonfeld

Well back in 2002 in a small bar in Lovells Mi. Little did i know when offering a man a guided ride around some back trails to avoid a bad ride for him back to his hotel would i have found a best riding buddy for the next 10 years. 15000+ miles later i have met a wonderful friend that i truely enjoyed being around and sharing stories of our past and current lifes together. Harvy was a man that knew nothing of his age as he could ride like the young guys.  He has raised a wonderful son that I have since become good friends with and look forward to many more years of stories of his dad together.

I will truely miss him and will have many good memories to look back on. OH! and will have a beer or 2 in memory of him under the stars out in the trails.

Harv was always upbeat with a smile.  Always ready to get you anything you needed.  Super polite, kind and funny.  He will really be missed.

I enjoyed a conversation with Havey at our Kent 50th and what came through especially was how appreciative he was of the opportunities afforded us by that education. He was a kind and decent man with a great "can do" attitude. Rest in peace.

Harv was always a fun loving, sports minded individual...and a great neighbor!  He'd help anyone who needed help...a great mechanic & engineer.  I remember Harv & Carol once gave my husband Bud a framed photo of their cat "Dickens."  That cat was part of our family on Barnsbury Drive too. Thanks for the great memories of our Union Lake neighbor.  Rest in peace Harvey, you'll be missed....but thought of often.

I'll always remember Harvey with a smile on his face and he always seem interested in talking to you. We will miss him at family gatherings.

I'm glad that I was fortunate enough to have someone like Harvey in my life.  He was a character, right enough but he was an important fixture in the formative years of my life.  He loved my mother dearly, right up to the end.  I thank God for the blessing that having him in all our lives was, and for making him the man that he was.

Some of my happiest memories at GM were when I worked for Harv and the HVAC group.  He was always fun to be around, kind, funny, and had the best stories!  You're in my thoughts and prayers Carol, Harv will truly be missed.

What an "original" Harvey was!  Mike & I always envied him in that he had fun with no matter what was going on.  I feel fortunate to have known him, even if it was in those "early" years.

Carol, so sorry to hear of Harvey's passing, he will be missed.  I have many fond memories of working with Harvey and all seem centered around his energy, drive and infectious good spirit.

So Sorry for your loss Carol, Shari and Wade.  My Bionic Uncle Harvey was one of the "coolest dudes" around.  My memories span a lifetime and I catch myself telling "Harvey" stories to my step-sons all of the time.  Our snowmobiling trips and skiing and boat rides were more fun than should be allowed.  His Character and the "Character" he was will forever be held dear.

I was so sorry to learn of Harvey's passing. It was my pleasure and privilege to know and work with him over the years at GM. My most enduring memory of him is that he was always happy, and always kind towards others - a true gentleman in every sense of the word. Carol and I send our thoughts and prayers to you and your family at this sad and difficult time.

Carol, Wade, and Shari, we feel very fortunate to have known Harvey.  He was a wonderful neighbor and friend.  We could always count on him for great advice for fixing our old boat.  We will miss seeing him pass by in his kyak, or the silver boat which was always rocking out Bob Seger.  Harvey was a beautiful person who never had an unkind word.  He had an infectious smile and a generous heart!  We will miss you Harvey!

Carol,  I was Harv's officemate at NVL for a considerable time.  We enjoyed the work and friendly hockey rivalry between Cornell and RPI.  I enjoyed visiting with Harvey at the Christmas luncheons at Hugh's lab.  I will miss his many stories.  My sympathy.

Hi Carol We all will miss Harvey and especially his talent to fix any motorized thing.Put Harv in his garage with his snowmobile to get it ready for a race weekend with his son and friends. The next week i would here all the wild tales. So long Harv see ya when. Dick

Harvey was such a great guy to work with. GM was so fortunate to have him and we were lucky to have him as our friend.
