John "Jack" Cotaling

Jack Cotaling, age 89, of White Lake, Michigan, was born October 3, 1934 in Jamaica, New York, and passed away October 26, 2023 at home. Beloved husband of the late Lisette Cotaling. Loving dad of John (Rosemary) Cotaling, Roberta (Fred) Featherstone, the late James Cotaling, Lori (Don) Vallance, the late Christine (Randy) Cook, Jeff (Jennifer) Cotaling, and Jody Robinson, and step-father of Nicolas (Pam) Grutter, Corrine (Steve) Farnen, and Barbara (Steve) Grutter. Treasured PopPop of Andy (Tiffany) Featherstone, Kate (Paul) Watkins, Jack Cotaling, Keith Cotaling, Marissa Cook, Rebecca Cook, Kevin (Rochelle) Vallance, Sarah Cotaling, Ethan Cotaling, David Robinson, Timmy Robinson, the late Brian Robinson, Sam Farnen, Adriana Farnen, Shaun Grutter, and Alex Grutter, and great-PopPop of Blake Featherstone, Mason Featherstone, Brynlee Vallance, Hunter Smolek, and Parker Robinson. Dear special friend of Sally Wallace. Jack will be missed by numerous other family members and friends. Jack was preceded in passing by his first wife, Catherine Marie Cotaling.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 1, 2023 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm and Thursday, November 2, 2023 from 11:00am until the time of the Funeral Service at 12:00pm at the Union Lake Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Road, White Lake. Memorial Luncheon will be held following the Funeral Service.
