He will be missed the most by his adoring wife Ronda, treasured brother Todd (Kathy) Fray, & his Wak sister Tyler (David) Michael. He was everybody’s favorite uncle, but he loved his nephew Fletcher and his niece Mila more than anything. And it is comforting to know that he will be reunited with his parents Bill and Harriette Fray.
Josh was a rock star sales representative with Ceridian for 28 years where he and Ronda were constantly invited on their epic awards trips. But, he was likely most known for being a part of the Steeler Nation and for his deep love and knowledge of the game of football. His game time rituals and superstitions would make any home town proud. He lived his life to the fullest enjoying many days and nights boating, golfing, skiing, and traveling. Sometimes they even ended with him attempting to blow out a perfectly good sound system with the help of Tool. But, the one person he wanted to do all of those things with more than anyone else on the planet was his wife Ronda, his “muffin”. The two of them had a special bond and friendship that rivaled the best love stories.
Josh was a very patriotic man and held our military and veterans in the highest respect. So, in lieu of cards and flowers, Ronda and Josh’s family are asking for donations to be made to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation. This foundation is championed by one of Josh’s favorite Steelers, and former army ranger, Alejandro Villanueva.
Josh was loved by all who knew him and the kind of guy you just plain wanted around. He often wore his heart on his sleeve and could tell a great story, usually more than once, better than most. It’s hard to say goodbye this soon to someone so great. But, we will remember him. We will tell stories of him, more than once. We will eject when things get rough. But, most of all, in honor of Josh, we will stick the landing.
