So sorry to hear about Karen . I went to high school with her and she was such a nice person to be around. Many years later I ran into her at metro airport and saw she was hired at Northwest Airlines as a flight attendant .I was also a flight attendant at Northwest and was so excited to see her. Our paths crossed a few times but then I heard she wasn’t with the airline any longer.
She was a lovely person .
My sympathy to the Gedda family and to her children .
Many prayers to you at this difficult time.

I can hardly believe you've passed on, I sincerely thought time would be on our side and we'd reconnect at some point. It deeply saddens me that time and distance eroded our friendship after starting out so strong over 40 years ago. There was a time I looked to you whenever I had a problem requiring sage advice, which you gave with genuine honesty, authenticity and insight. Not having a sister, in my mind, you *were* my sister. I recall our young summers filled with choreographing dances and planning those fun basement dances for the subdivision(!), swimming, riding bikes, and talking, most of all talking....and talk we did...we would talk for hours! Then we had to grow up. We went our separate ways, and did our best to remain in touch. Though our friendship began the slow fade, your beautiful soul was never erased from my memory and heart. You always loved chatting with my mom, I bet the two of you haven't stopped since you arrived in heaven. I will never forget your sweet soul and spirit. Thank you for being you.
Forever in my heart. Michelle Harbert
