Born on August 15, 1957, in Pontiac, Robert's journey through life was marked by his unwavering devotion to his family, his passion for his work, and his love for the simple pleasures of life. A doting father to BreAnna Copeland and her husband Jason Osterman, and a cherished step-father to Brian and his wife Ronda Wetmore, Robert's role as a parent was one he embraced with his whole heart. His grandson, Bradan Copeland, was the apple of his eye, and Robert held the esteemed title of "best papa" in Bradan's world.
Robert's sister, Trina White, and his late brother Frank Hall, along with Frank's wife Vicki Hall, shared in the tapestry of his life. His presence as an uncle to Shay Slocum, the late Frankie Hall, and Jason and Sarah Hall, was a source of joy and guidance. The entire Hubbard Family will fondly remember Robert's generous spirit and warm heart.
Before his retirement, Robert dedicated many years of service to Torca Tool & Die as a skilled Tool Maker. His commitment to craftsmanship was evident in the precision and excellence of his work, a testament to his meticulous nature.
A man of strong faith, Robert was a valued member of the Community Bible Church in Waterford, Michigan, and Cornerstone Church of Highland, Michigan, where his spiritual life found a nurturing home. His interests were diverse; a fervent sports enthusiast, he cheered with gusto for the Detroit Redwings and the Denver Broncos. Robert's favorite color, red, was a vibrant symbol of his zest for life.
Robert's creativity shone brightly through his love of WWE wrestling, and his enthusiasm for Halloween was legendary. Each year, he crafted his own costumes with remarkable ingenuity, transforming into characters from Marvel superheroes to professional wrestlers. His musical tastes were timeless, with a particular reverence for the tunes of Stevie Nicks, Fleetwood Mac, and Rush.
Above all, Robert's heart belonged to his family. The time spent with his daughter BreAnna and grandson Bradan was precious and filled with laughter, love, and cherished memories.
