I am so Sorry. This world has lost a good man, a great man. Through the Years, I've known him his life has radiated with his kind, considerate loving ways. His heart warming smile was so natural and genuine. He was extremely knowledgeable in his time of employment, co-worker, friend, and on and on. I have nothing to say but good about David. he was truly one of a kind.  During this most difficult time of grieving the impact David made in the lives of those he loved and those who loved him through the years will surface. The many memories he left us will come, into play. I value those many memories. That's nothing no one or this world can take from us. David will continue to be loved and not forgotten by family & friends. He has a special place in our hearts. This world will never be the same.

Joyce and Family, I am so sorry for your loss.  I know David will be greatly missed by so many.  How fortunate that we were all able to be together just last Summer for the Holt Reunion! Though I did not get to see my Uncle Dave much in the later years I found memories of hanging out in his garage watching him and my dad work on cars when I  was a little boy and also going bird hunting in the Elcamino. I express my deepest sympothey to his family and friends!

The one thing that separated Dave Holt from many men is the fact that he was a true gentleman.  He always put his family first, and then his friends, before he took care of things for himself. And I am sure he is still smiling.

I knew David as he worked with my late husband Elden Titus at the Motor Pool.  David always had a smile on his face and always was willing to help a friend.  My condolences to his family and friends.

Papa was the best husband father friend and grandfather that we could ask for. He always put others before himself. He was always full of life even through his struggles. He never gave up. Even though he is gone he will never be forgotten. He is in my thoughts everyday. I love and miss him more than words can describe.

Just seems like the other day I was learning how to align a car adjust caster or camber I learned allot from you your gonna be missed. My prayers go out to the family.

Sure going to miss David's smile & laugh. He was a special man. He we be missed by many!

David's passing has created a large void in both my life as well as my families lives. It will never be the same when I return to Wichita not being able to spend some time with Dave talking cars and always sharing some laughs. David was like one of my own brother's and a true and loved friend. I now and forever will miss him.

I was already a frame man when I met Dave and went to work along side him, but Dave made me a better frame man than I might have been had we never met. I owe you a lot and won't ever forget you! I always give credit to your willing guidance as a mentor, even when I seemed to think I new it all already.

With David's passing there will be a great void in my life. Although we were brother-in-laws he was my brother and my friend. He will truely be missed by me, my family and the many others that had the pleasure to know Dave.

To all that know me know that David was like a 2nd Dad to me.He help me get my first car,took me hunting,and help me work on anything that I needed help with.Not going to be the same watching the race on Sundays without him there.

I am so sorry about David's passing, he was one of my best friends. He was always there for me when I needed help with my cars and trucks. When I did get back to Kansas Davids garage was one of the first places I went to catch up with the latest on car stuff and NASCAR.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I will always remember all the good times dealing with the old cars and fixing them up for us.  Dave you were a special man, you will be missed so much.

Dave was a great guy.  I loved working with him.  He always added something good to the day!
