Katherine White

Katherine Ann “Kitty” White, 79 of Naugatuck, formerly of Wolcott, passed away on Tuesday, May 2, 2022 at Beacon Health Care. “Kitty” as she was known by her family and friends, was born in Waterbury on June 12, 1942 and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Katherine (Russell) White. Kitty lived in Wolcott for most of her life. She retired from Haydon Switch and Instrument Inc. of Waterbury. In her spare time, she to play golf and study karate achieving a brown belt. Kitty was also a faithful communicant of St. Pius X Church in Wolcott. Kitty is survived by her brother Michael White of Bristol, and by a niece, Catherine White of Nova Scotia, Canada. She was predeceased by her brother William. A graveside service for Katherine will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at 2:00 PM at New St. Joseph’s Cemetery, 945 Hamilton Ave. Waterbury, CT 06706.
