He was born November 25, 1958 in Waterbury, and was the loving son of Cornelius and Barbara (Pearson) Manning of Wolcott.
Mark was employed by CT. Valley Hospital for many years prior to moving to Brooklyn in 2017.
In addition to his parents he leaves his children, Ashley Manning and husband David Zebrowski of W. Orange, NJ and Brandon G. Manning of Meriden; a grandson, David Zebrowski Jr; two sisters, Stephanie and Angela Kennedy and a brother, Walter Kennedy Jr.
