Ralford was a loving and caring husband, father and brother who always placed the needs of others above his own. Ralford received his formal education at Camberwell schools. In 1969, he migrated to America where he worked as a dental lab technologist at Somar Dental Laboratories for 16 years in Queens, New York. He met his future wife, Sheila Sibblies, in Brooklyn, New York and they were married January 6, 1973. They lived in Queens, New York for 16 years and in 1990 moved to Florida. He continued his career at Ceramic Arts Dental Laboratories in Florida. He also became a member of the Episcopal Church of Atonement and was an usher for many years. Ralford and Sheila eventually retired and moved to Georgia in 2007. They enjoyed 47 years of marriage until his death.
