On Thursday, November 7, 2019, Norma Leone Holman passed away peacefully in her sleep at age ninety three. Born in 1926 in Fairmount North Dakota, Norma was the eldest of four sisters; Betty and Donna deceased, and youngest sister, Nita still living in North Dakota. She moved to Seattle towards the end of WWII where she met William (Eddie) Holman of Louisiana, they were married for 49 years until his death in 1995. Norma was a loving mother of three children, Donald, Nancy & William Jr. She had three grand children and six great grand children who loved her dearly.
Norma worked most of her adult life as a civilian manager and technician for the Department of the Army installing and operating computer equipment and processing documentation. In her spare time you would find her in the garden or knitting or quilting one of her many beautiful quilts. She was also just at home with her family and friends camping and fishing the ocean out of Neah Bay or bird hunting east of the mountains in the Columbia Basin. She was truly loved and a lady of many interest and qualities.
