    Caleb Klein has provided compassionate care to families throughout Phoenix, Arizona, and Seattle, Washington, since 2004. He received his mortuary science degree from Mesa Community College in 2005 and is a certified life celebrant. Caleb is proud to guide families through one of the most difficult times in life, creating uniquely personalized, reflective and memorable tributes. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, cooking and teaching group fitness classes in the community.

  • Michele Lynn Bailey

    Funeral Director

    Michele L. Bailey had a desire to work in the funeral industry in high school, but after being turned away from the local funeral home for being "too young," she began a career with the phone company. She served as a technician for 8 years before the divestiture and layoff of 1989. Michele then began a 20-year career with the Arizona Department of Corrections and returned to school, earning a bachelor's degree in management. Following her retirement, she pursued her passion and graduated from Mesa Community College in May 2011, earning a degree in mortuary science. In her free time Michele loves to travel and spend time with her children and grandchildren.

  • Tiffany L Bennish

    Funeral Director

    Tiffany is a licensed funeral director, embalmer and crematory operator, serving as a part of the Dignity Memorial® team since 2007. She graduated from Mesa Community College in 2008, earning her degree in mortuary science. Tiffany feels a lifelong call to funeral service and believes the greatest aspect of her job is the opportunity to work directly with families, meeting their needs and desires while ensuring a memorable and personalized experience. She is honored and humbled to professionally guide families through the saddest times of life.

    If Tiffany is not in the funeral home you will likely find her dedicating time to the American Diabetes Association. In full support of their mission, she serves as chairperson for the Phoenix Step Out Walk to Stop Diabetes.

    Tiffany loves being a mother and spends countless hours at her daughter's dance studio. In her spare time Tiffany looks for new restaurants to try, loves salsa and enjoys family and good company.

  • Margaret Smith

    Funeral Arranger

    Serving since 2015, the funeral profession is a second career for Margaret. Margaret graduated from Mercyhurst University in 1988 with a bachelor's degree in hotel and restaurant management and worked many years in management. Deciding to pursue something new, she began in funeral service as an assistant. Margaret's compassion for serving families grew and in April 2016 she became a funeral arranger.

    When she is not serving families, Margaret can often be found volunteering. She serves as the co-president of St. Vincent de Paul conference at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Parish, where she once served on the parish council. Once a month she volunteers at Mom's Pantry in Cave Creek. Very active in promoting her family's architectural legacy, she serves on the board of the Texas Trost Society in El Paso, Texas.

    Margaret is married, has 2 sons and is a huge Washington Redskins fan.
