    Geraldine "Gerry" Haslett began her funeral service career as an office manager, working closely with the staff to provide compassionate care for families. Over time, she decided to become a funeral director to be able to serve families in a more direct role. Gerry graduated from Canadian College of Funeral Service in 2018 and enjoys working with and guiding families during their time of need. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family and dog, as well as biking, camping and traveling.

  • Keith Louw

    Funeral Director

    Keith has served the families in the Lower Mainland since 1983 with the utmost compassion and professionalism. A 1986 graduate of the British Columbia Funeral Association Apprenticeship Program, he served on our team as a funeral director and embalmer from 2007 to 2010 and returned in October 2018. When not at the funeral home, Keith enjoys golfing, travelling, photography, cooking and spending quality time with his family. 

  • Douglas Madge

    Funeral Director

    After many years in the sales industry, Doug Madge switched careers in 2017, serving as an apprentice funeral director. He finds great fulfillment in supporting families during their time of need, going above and beyond to ensure they receive the best care and attention when they need it most. Outside of work, Doug enjoys volunteering at church, traveling, playing sports, and spending time with his wife, family, friends and grandchildren.
