Bonnie McGhee Adkins

Bonnie was born May 29, 1956 in Pittsboro, NC to the late Audrey Anne Chambers McGhee and John Davis McGhee. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who was loved by all who knew her.

She was also preceded in death by her sister, Carolyn Carter.

Bonnie is survived by her husband of 10 years, Timothy Adkins; daughters, Candy; and Monica; sons, D.J.; T.J; Michael; and Devin; brother, Paul; sisters, Connie; and Paula; and 12 grandchildren.

The family will receive friends 1-3 pm Sunday, June 8, 2014 at Apex Funeral Home, 550 W. Williams St., Apex, NC 27502. A graveside service will be held at 3:30 pm Sunday, June 8, 2014 at Merritt’s Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery, 1090 Farrington Point Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27517.
