Caleb Mackenzie Peters passed away Sunday, July 27, 2025. Caleb was a beloved son, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend to many. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Caleb was born in New Britain, CT on June 9, 1997, to Andrew Peters and Jennifer Russell, but grew up and spent his entire life in North Carolina. Caleb loved the outdoors, animals, music, camping, fishing, and anything to do with nature.
He is preceded in death by his father, Andrew Peters, and is survived by his mother, Jennifer Russell, grandparents, Ken and Patti Leonard, Larry Russell, John and Lynn Peters, his uncles David Peters and wife, Judy Peters, Jeff Russell and wife, Emily Russell, and cousins Rachel Peters, Colby Peters, Rylie Russell and Parker Russell.

A memorial service for Caleb will be held Saturday, August 9, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Apex Funeral Home, 550 W Williams St, Apex, NC 27502.
