Jay Sureshbhai Patel

He was born on April 27, 2000, in India to Suresh and Asha Patel in addition to siblings Jahnvi and Megh.

Since 2014, Jay lived in the United States with Mukesh and Stacie Patel and their children, Grace, Matthew, and Hannah.

Jay also had many uncles, aunts, and cousins who loved him and will miss him dearly.

Jay had a contagious smile that lit up every room and a sense of humor that brought joy to those around him. He cherished time with family and had a deep love for the beach and being in the water.

A devoted fan of Marvel and the Avengers, Spider-Man was his favorite hero. He also enjoyed playing video games, especially Mario Party.

His family's pug Lucy found comfort resting between Jay’s legs, a testament to his warm and caring nature.

In honor of Jay’s memory, memorial contributions may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Inc., 1016 W Jackson Blvd #1073, Chicago, IL 60607.
