She loved to dance and to make up silly songs for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. “Ms Lucy” was a member of Jordan Lutheran Church in Apex NC. Lelia had an ability to create humor out of many situations and loved to laugh at the antics of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Mom, Nan-nan, Tootsie, Ms. Lucy, Lelia – you are greatly loved and will be greatly missed, but we can celebrate your life knowing that you are now in heaven with God and Jesus, embraced again by your “Jim” and probably dancing away to heavenly music.
