He is survived by his parents; Kathleen and Bryan Kozak, siblings; Mary Kate, Sean, Conor, and Brendan Kozak, Grandparents; Daniel Daly, William Kozak and wife Pam, and Gayle Kozak.
Liam joined his grandmother Margaret Daly, in heaven.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be said at 4:00 pm Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 11401 Leesville Road, Raleigh, NC 27613. Inurnment will follow the service at the church columbarium. The family will receive friends in the Fellowship Hall following services.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Cardinal Gibbons High School, Raleigh, NC for Spiritual Life Enrichment in Memory of Liam Daniel Kozak.
