She worked several jobs as nurse assistant at homes for the elderly, an assistant manager for a retail store and ran a home child daycare.
Linda loved the outdoors and gardening and was always the peacemaker of the family. She had a colorful personality, warm smile and loved the Lord. We will miss her very much.
Linda is survived by her husband of 35 years, Greg Cox; daughter, Christina Garrett and husband Phillip; grandson, Mason Garrett; and son, Greg Cox, Jr.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at 3:00 pm at Apex Funeral Home (550 W Williams Street), with family to receive following the service.
