Lucille Leola Roberts Musyoka

Lucille was born April 14, 1929 in New York, NY to the late Leon Blake and Edna Blake.

She was preceded in death by her sons, John and Windsor Roberts.

Lucille is survived by her husband, Munyoki Musyoka; daughters, Beverly Roberts and Sharon Roberts; sisters, Gertrude Godwin and Cynthia Nieves; grandchildren, Garfield (Chuckie) Johnson, Vaughn Johnson and Ta'Ron Shuler; great grandchildren, Leticia, Aiyanna, Tatiana, Billy, Jon, India, Justice and Manny; great great grandchildren, Jaiden and Artist; nephew, Joseph Godwin, Jr.; nieces, LaKesha Crowder and Tanisha Atwater; great niece, Sarah Godwin; great nephew, Andrew Godwin; son-in-law, Garfield Johnson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 6pm Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Apex Funeral Home Chapel, 550 W. Williams St, Apex, NC 27502. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
