Mary Patricia Morrison

Mary Patricia Morrison , 65, of Cary, died on Monday, December 31, 2012. Mrs. Morrison was born in Rochester, NY on May 10, 1947 to Harold Sullivan and Kathleen Lopez Sullivan. We lost the most beautiful, fun, life-loving women that has ever graced this earth! For those of you that were lucky enough to know her, know what a loss this truly is. For those of you didn't - I'm sorry that you never got to meet this amazing woman. She has taught us all so much. She had such a zest and love of life. She was an example of what a mother & wife should be. We are going to miss her more than words can ever say.

She is survived by her husband, Garrett Morrison; sons: Sean Morrison of Apex, and Terrence Morrison (Robyn Lehman) of Apex; daughter: Colleen Cole (Mark) of Holly Springs; brother: Michael Sullivan (Jean) of Long Island, NY; and sister: Kathy Sullivan of Indianapolis, IN. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Mackenzie Cole and Brianna Morrison.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday, January 3, 2013 at Apex Funeral Home, 550 W. Williams St., Apex. A prayer service will begin at 7:45 pm Thursday at Apex Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, January 4, 2013 at St. Michael The Archangel Catholic Church, 804 High House Rd. Cary, NC.
