She was born on November 29, 1934 in Mazurki, Poland. Vincentine attended Good Council Catholic High School in Chicago, IL. In 1963, Vincentine married Russell John Lund in Chicago, IL. She was a devoted homemaker who loved children and animals, her friends and her church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell and her nephew, Fernando Sanataella.
She is survived by her sister, Lorraine Santaella; son, Robert Lund; daughter, Vivian Lund; and grandchildren, Kathryn and Michael. Ms Lund is also survived by her nieces, Linda Wiscons, Lorrie Santaella Pasika, and Lisa Santaella-Lamere.

A funeral mass will be held on Friday, July 24, 2020 at 1:00 PM at St. Andrew the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, 3008 Old Raleigh Rd, Apex, NC 27502.
