William Warren Hill

William was born August 10, 1952 in Kinston, NC. He was a graduate of Burgaw High School and was a veteran of the US Air Force. William was a graduate of University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He was employed as an electrician with the Washington DC Metro.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Edith Cunningham Hill.

William is survived by his father, Warren G. Hill; sister, Cheryl Hill Wooten and husband, Jim; brothers, Stewart G. Hill and wife, Sharon; and David Wayne Hill and wife, Angie; eight nieces and nephews; six great nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held 3 pm Sunday, January 12, 2014 at Good Hope Baptist Church, 6628 Good Hope Church Rd, Cary, NC 27519. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends 1:30 pm – 2:45 pm prior to the service at the church.
