Allan was born in Chicago, IL, on November 17, 1958 to Irwin and Muriel Woloshin. Within a few years, the family moved to California and settled in the San Fernando Valley. Allan attended James Monroe High School, and would later earn a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from University of Phoenix.
Allan and Barbara met through work, fell in love and in 1991 they married. They initially lived in Orange County until life led them to San Bernardino County.
Allan worked for the counties of Riverside and San Bernardino as a software engineer and was adept at all things computer. Not only was he the go-to man for technical problems, he was a devoted family man who was never at a loss for a bad pun.
Allan is survived by his wife Barbara, his sons Alfie and Jon Osborne, his brother Steve, as well as numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. He will be dearly missed by all.
