

got her wings and was reunited with our dad, Ernest Moran in what we
know was a glorious celebration surrounded by all her loved ones who
preceded her passing.
Carmen was a devoted mom to Joseph and Virginia Moran, Kori Moran,
Andrew Moran and Nadia Gonzalez. She was an even more devoted Nana
or Nani to her most favorite people on Earth: Jessica Moran, Alyssa
Armstrong, Daniel Moran, Rebekah Moran, Jacob Moran, Sierra Moses,
Malakai Armstong, Leia Armstrong and her honorary grandchildren Jayden
Watts, Bianca Gonzalez, Cambrie, and Koko. She loved them with her
whole heart and she was their biggest fan!
Carmen is survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
She is also survived by her brothers: Daniel Quiroz (Linda), Manuel
Gonzalez (Lydia), Hector Gonzalez (Vicki); and her sisters: Evangelina
Hidalgo (Joe), Rosie LaPorte (Dick), Elizabeth Ortiz (Franklin), Ophelia
Thomas (Glen), many nieces and nephews, and all the people she got to
know and love that called her Nani.
Services for Carmen Moran will be held on October 20, 2022 at St. Joan of
Arc Church located at 15512 6th Street, Victorville, CA 92395. They will
begin at 9:30am with the rosary, followed by a mass. Graveside services
will be held at 11:45am at Sunset Hills located at 24000 Waalew Road,
Apple Valley, CA 92307 with a reception to follow.
