

February 5, 2017 Dwight lost his battle to cancer and went home to be with our Lord and savior. Born in Storms Berg Nebraska, and raised in Central City, Nebraska. Dwight graduated from Central city high school. Dwight was Drafted into the U.S Army, and stationed in Presidio of Monterey, California. Where he met the love of his life Linda Mae Perkins. Then he went on to Ft. Gordon, Georgia. Dwight studied to be a radio operate for the Army in Italy. Dwight Proudly serve our country for 4 years. He was a good hardworking, selfless provider, and best husband anyone could ask for. Dwight and Linda had two beautiful daughters, Shelli May and Lorie Jean. Who Blessed Dwight and Linda with four grandbabies, and 11 great grandbabies. Dwight left behind a legacy, in which we will follow in his footsteps.
He was survived by his wife Linda M. Perkins, his daughter Shelli M. Barrera, son in law Carlos R. Barrera Jr., his three grandchildren Rosheli L. Jackson, Carlos R. Barrera III, Gena S. Peterson, and 11 great grandchildren, brother Charles L. Perkins of Grand island, Francis Genson, Edith Garrett of Central City, Many nieces and nephews, one very special niece Valerie Estes-Najera.
Dwight was Proceeded in death by his parents, Daughter Lorie Jean Michaud, Grandson Quintine Michaud, there will be a private graveside service.
