Elaine Marie Hatch

Elaine Marie Hatch passed away peacefully on July 15, 2025, at the age of 70. Born on September 27, 1954, she was known for her generous personality, her amazing cooking skills and her love of sweets– as she would often eat dessert instead of her meal. She touched the lives of many and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Elaine was preceded in death by Mike Hatch, her beloved husband of 47 years.

She is survived by her son Daniel Hatch and her daughter in Law Lisa Hatch, her sister, Sherry McFall, and her granddaughter Brittany Hatch. She also leaves behind many beloved cousins, nieces, nephews and friends, all of which she adored.

Elaine was an avid collector of almost anything collectable and she and Mike shared a tremendous love for the many cruise vacations they went on.

Elaine will always be remembered for her infectious laugh, her genuine kindness and compassion for others.

A celebration of Elaine’s life will be held on August 15th, 2025, at Sunset Hills Memorial Park and Mortuary in Apple Valley, CA. The memorial service will be held in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Following the ceremony, we will be hosting a catered lunch at 12:00pm.
