Harry Martin Saunders, age 81, of Hesperia, California passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2025. His devoted wife, Karen, was at his side.

Here's a truth: when you find yourself living almost 82 years, you accumulate a lot of memories, loved ones, perhaps some grievances (let's be real -- who are we if we don't have a complaint or two), and certainly more adventures than can be remembered. And knowing that this life has been a full one, you can say goodbye, not with ease necessarily, but with the knowledge that you have loved and have been loved...and it was enough.

Harry or Marty (he came to both when called) was known for his love of his family, his ability to tell a story, offer an opinion, and just as easily drop said opinion and simply lend a hand even if you didn't deserve it. His bottomless pit of compassion is legendary around these parts for animals and people alike.

July 30, 2025 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 9974 'I' Street, Hesperia

9:30 am - Rosary

10:00 am - Mass

11:00 am - Reception at the Knights of Columbus Hall (15163 Aspen St., Hesperia)
