Sheila Dowden

She was born on June 8th, 1947 in Phoenix, Arizona. She was preceded in death by her parents John Robert Walston and Margaret Alice Walston (Ethington), her sister Sharey Mendelson and her son David Earl Raines Jr. She is survived by her husband, Gary; her two daughters Tammy Taylor of Carlsbad California and Candace Allen of Surprise Arizona, her 9 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Shelley Nixdorf and brother John Robert Walston of Mesa Arizona. Sheila truly lived and loved everyday for her family.

Viewing will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday November 3rd at Sunset Hills Memorial Park & Mortuary 24000 Waalew Rd, Apple Valley, CA. Private family graveside services will be held on Saturday November 4th, 10am at Sunset Hills Memorial Park in Apple Valley, CA.

A public memorial and celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m on Saturday November 4th at the Hesperia Church of the Nazarene 8518 Maple Ave Hesperia, CA 92345.

All who knew and loved Sheila are invited to participate. In lieu of flowers, it is requested that donations be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Foundation. All that have known her will miss her dearly.
